The Ubiquiti UniFi UACC-OM-MM-25G-D is a 25G SFP28 multimode duplex fiber transceiver engineered to support the high-speed uplink ports found on UniFi enterprise-class switches and gateways. Operating over OM3 and OM4 multimode fiber, it delivers 25 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity via a 850 nm VCSEL laser source, enabling short-reach, high-bandwidth interconnects within data center and enterprise campus environments. The module conforms to the SFP28 MSA form factor, ensuring physical and electrical compatibility with UniFi switching platforms that expose SFP28 slots for 25GbE uplink aggregation.

Designed for structured cabling plants already deployed with multimode fiber infrastructure, the UACC-OM-MM-25G-D allows organizations to upgrade link speeds to 25GbE without rewiring, leveraging existing OM3 or OM4 runs up to the supported reach distance.
