Remote outlet switching and sequenced power-on/off control allow data center operations teams to reboot hung servers, enforce power policies, and manage startup sequences entirely through the network—eliminating the need for physical intervention at the rack. The G5 platform supports SNMP v1/v2c/v3, Modbus TCP, and an embedded HTTPS web interface, making it compatible with leading DCIM platforms, building management systems, and home-grown automation toolchains via its RESTful API.
