The Inspur NF8480M6 is a 4U four-socket rack server leveraging Intel Xeon Scalable 3rd Gen processors, delivering up to 160 physical cores and a massive 96 DDR4 DIMM slots capable of hosting up to 12TB of DDR4 memory or hybrid DDR4/Optane PMem configurations exceeding 24TB of total addressable memory. This scale of CPU and memory density targets mission-critical workloads that cannot be horizontally scaled, such as SAP HANA scale-up, Oracle Database Exadata-equivalent deployments, and large virtualization consolidation projects.

The NF8480M6 employs Intel's UPI (Ultra Path Interconnect) mesh topology across all four processor sockets providing low-latency, high-bandwidth NUMA interconnect. The system is SAP HANA TDI certified and supports Oracle VM as well as VMware vSphere, making it a direct replacement competitor to HPE Superdome Flex 280 and Dell PowerEdge MX750c and a strong option for mission-critical four-socket deployments in the APAC market.
