The Inspur NF5270M6 is a single-socket 2U rack server based on Intel Xeon Scalable 3rd Gen processors (Ice Lake-SP, single-socket models up to 32 cores). The single-socket architecture streamlines the platform footprint while still delivering PCIe 4.0 I/O bandwidth, DDR4-3200 memory performance, and full Intel vPro/ME manageability for departmental server use cases where a dual-socket configuration is unnecessary. The system is specifically positioned for SMB-to-mid-market deployments, departmental database servers, and cloud-native microservice hosting.

Despite the single-socket design, the NF5270M6 provides 16 DDR4 DIMM slots for up to 2TB of memory, eight front 2.5-inch hot-swap drive bays, and two full-height PCIe 4.0 expansion slots.
