The Broadcom BCM957508-N2100G is a dual-port 100 Gb/s Ethernet network adapter in the OCP 3.0 SFF form factor, with an x16 PCI Express 4.0 compliant host interface. It is built on the Broadcom BCM57508 200GbE MAC controller with an integrated dual-channel 100GbE SFI transceiver, and supports Ethernet 50G PAM-4, 25G NRZ and 10G NRZ signaling.
The adapter has two QSFP56 network connectors and works with QSFP56, QSFP28 and QSFP+ optical modules as well as copper direct-attach cables. It supports Multi-Host for up to four hosts, SR-IOV with up to 1k virtual functions (VFs), and jumbo frames up to 9 KB. Management is handled through the Network Controller Sideband Interface (NC-SI), SMBus 2.0 and MCTP over SMBus.
