The Aten KM0932 is a rackmount KVM over IP matrix switch with multi-view capability. It provides 32 server ports and 4 console ports, so several operators can access and control connected servers from a shared switching point.
Console connections use VGA and USB, and keyboard and mouse are supported over USB and PS/2. Video resolution reaches up to 1920 x 1440 at 60Hz. For remote access, the switch has dual Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 network interfaces and a web-based GUI for management. Authentication can be integrated with LDAP and Active Directory, which lets access control follow existing user directories. The rated operating temperature is 0–50°C.
The KM0932 is suited to server rooms and data centre racks where administrators need local and IP-based console access to many servers from a centrally managed switch.
