The Aten CS1768 is an 8-port USB DVI KVM switch designed for high-density server consolidation in enterprise data centers and trading environments. It enables a single operator to control up to 8 computers from one USB keyboard, mouse, and DVI monitor, reducing physical footprint and simplifying multi-system administration.

The switch supports full DVI video at up to 1920×1200 resolution and includes integrated audio support for speaker and microphone connectivity. Hot-key switching and On-Screen Display (OSD) menus provide rapid access to connected systems without manual cable reconfiguration.

Built for 24/7 operation in demanding server room environments, the CS1768 features a metal enclosure and supports both daisy-chaining via additional KVM units and flexible port mapping for logical system organization.
