ADATA IM2S3138E 960GB Enterprise SATA SSD (Industrial M.2)

The ADATA IM2S3138E is part of ADATA's dedicated industrial and enterprise SSD line, engineered for 24/7 continuous operation in environments where commercial drives would be inadequate. It features hardware power loss protection (PLP) with onboard capacitors that flush DRAM write buffers to NAND in the event of unexpected power interruption, a critical requirement for database and transactional workloads running on edge appliances, embedded servers, and industrial control systems.

The drive is built on a 3D TLC NAND with optional 3D MLC NAND SKUs for higher endurance workloads. The M.2 2242/2280 form factors and SATA III interface enable drop-in compatibility with compact embedded platforms, telecommunications equipment, and network appliances. Wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) makes it suitable for outdoor edge compute enclosures and factory-floor embedded controllers where ambient temperature control is limited.
