The Intel Core Ultra 7 165H vPro is built on Intel's Meteor Lake architecture, the first client CPU to feature a disaggregated tile-based design manufactured using Intel 4 process technology for the compute tile, combined with TSMC-fabricated I/O, SoC, and GPU tiles. This multi-tile approach enables Intel to optimize each functional block independently, delivering a heterogeneous core configuration of 6 Performance cores (P-cores), 8 Efficient cores (E-cores), and 2 Low-Power Efficient cores (LP E-cores) for a total of 22 threads, balancing peak compute throughput with sustained efficiency across diverse enterprise workloads.

A defining feature of the 165H vPro is its dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU), Intel's AI Boost, capable of up to 11 TOPS of dedicated AI inference throughput.
