The Huawei CE6863-48S6CQ-F is a CloudEngine 6863 series top-of-rack (ToR) data-center switch delivering 48 x 10GE/25GE SFP28 server-facing ports and 6 x 40GE/100GE QSFP28 uplinks in a compact 1U chassis. Its high-density 25GbE access with 100GbE uplinks makes it an efficient building block for modern spine-leaf fabrics supporting virtualization, private cloud and AI/compute clusters.
The switch runs Huawei VRP with full Layer 2/Layer 3 forwarding, VXLAN and EVPN for large-scale overlay networks, and rich automation including telemetry and on-box programmability. The "-F" model uses port-side-exhaust (front-to-back) airflow to align with standard hot-aisle/cold-aisle data-center cooling.
