The HPE Cray XD670 AI Accelerated Server (part number R9W10A) is a 2U rack server for GPU-accelerated workloads. It supports two 4th gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors and up to 2.56 TB of DDR5 memory, with eight GPU slots for H100/H200 accelerators connected over NVLink and PCIe Gen5.
Storage is provided by up to 10 NVMe SSD bays, and networking by two 200 GbE ports. Power comes from dual 3000W 80 Plus Platinum supplies. The GPUs are liquid-cooled and the CPUs air-cooled, with a specified operating temperature range of 10 to 35°C. iLO 6 with KVM handles remote management.
