The Hitachi Vantara VSP 5100 All-Flash Array (part number VSP-5100) is a 2U rack-mount storage system with 12 drive bays populated with NVMe SSD media. It offers a usable capacity range of 6.4 TB to 30.7 TB, with maximum throughput of 130 GB/s and up to 1.2 million IOPS.
Host connectivity is provided through dual 16 Gbps Fibre Channel and dual 10 GbE iSCSI interfaces. Data protection features include RAID 6, snapshots and replication. AES-256 encryption secures data at rest. Two redundant 1200W power supplies are fitted, and the array is managed through Storage Navigator. The rated operating temperature range is 5 to 40°C.
