The ASRock Rack 1U4GPU-MILAN/2T2T is a 1U barebone server platform built around the AMD EPYC 7003 (Milan) SP3 processor, engineered specifically for high-density GPU compute in rack-constrained data centers. Despite the 1U form factor, the system accommodates four PCIe 4.0 x16 GPU slots via a proprietary riser and airflow optimization design, making it exceptional for inference serving workloads where rack density directly impacts TCO. The system ships with redundant 2000W 80 Plus Platinum power supplies to meet the combined TDP of GPU accelerators and a high-core-count EPYC processor.

The integrated design pairs the EPYC Milan processor's 128 PCIe 4.0 lanes directly with four GPU slots and dual 25GbE SFP28 onboard networking, eliminating PCIe switch latency that afflicts some multi-GPU platforms. Storage is addressed through NVMe M.2 boot drives and optional U.2 NVMe for local dataset caching. The ASPEED AST2500 BMC provides full IPMI 2.0 and Redfish management with GPU health monitoring integration.
